These T&Cs apply to the order process on the site, to any use of the services offered on the site, and/or to all sales of products concluded by Starify from www.starify.me with Customers, whether individuals or professionals.
Starify reserves the right to modify these T&Cs.
Our shipping department can send products to physical addresses or PO boxes located within Europe. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided. Please make sure the address is correct, regardless of how you place your order, before completing your purchase. Starify will not be liable for any delivery made to an incorrect address.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been accepted. Starify reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of a dispute with the Customer on a previous order. Starify may accept orders within the limit of available stock. Starify informs the Customer of the availability of the Products sold on the Site at the time the order is confirmed. If, despite Starify's diligence, the products are unavailable, Starify will inform the Customer by email as soon as possible. The Customer may then cancel the order and, if applicable, be refunded any amounts already paid. Permanent or temporary unavailability cannot under any circumstances give rise to liability for Starify, nor entitle the Customer to any compensation or damages.
The colors and images of our products as they appear on the site are not contractual.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or service we offer, and to reduce or cancel quantities purchased. We reserve the right to refuse any order that, in our sole judgment, appears to come from merchants, resellers or distributors.
Prices displayed on the Site are in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs.
Shipping costs will be shown in the Customer's cart before the final order is placed.
Orders are generally processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders confirmed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day. All delivery times are estimated from the date the order leaves our processing center. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
Starify cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost or stolen once shipment to the address indicated in the order has been confirmed. On request only, Starify can confirm the shipment to the address indicated, including date, tracking and carrier information, to help the customer investigate.
If a parcel is returned to Starify due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will bear the shipping costs related to the return and re-delivery of the goods. Starify cannot be held liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
When customer orders are ready to be shipped, customers receive a shipping confirmation email. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed and arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipping. The confirmation email contains the shipping details and tracking number. Pursuant to article L.221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for goods made to the consumer's specifications or that are clearly personalized.
Because the Products offered by Starify are personalized using information provided by the Customer, no returns can be accepted.
Payments are made via the payment methods available on the site. It is also possible to pay by money order or wire transfer by contacting Starify directly.
For this purpose, the Customer authorizes Starify to charge their bank card for the amount indicated when placing the order.
As results are personal, no result can be guaranteed to the Customer from the use of the Products and Services provided by Starify via the Site. We do not guarantee that the results will be accurate or reliable. The Customer expressly agrees that their use of the Service, or their inability to use it, is at their sole risk.
Starify cannot be held liable for any malfunction affecting the proper operation of the product offered, where this does not result from Starify's actions but is caused by use that does not comply with the product's intended purpose or by lack of maintenance.
